We are continuously developing our products - which is why we slightly adjusted the HOLY Energy® ingredients in summer 2023. And we want to be absolutely transparent. What have we adjusted in HOLY Energy®?

1. no more acetyl-L-carnitine: We have decided to omit the amino acid acetyl-L-carnitine. This may sound complicated, but it is simply an ingredient that is not necessary in the formula. And we therefore no longer use it. 

2. less of some ingredients: We have reduced the amount of other ingredients such as L-Tyrosine, Inositol and Piperine. These are still included, but in smaller quantities. 

3. more fibre: At the same time, we have increased the proportion of the fibre inulin. Fibre is good for digestion and health. 

Why have we made these changes? For three reasons:

1. HOLY Energy® contains a lot of ingredients. If just one ingredient is not available, production is cancelled. We have therefore simplified the recipe to make HOLY Energy® more reliable and faster to produce. 

2. some customers have reported that their HOLY Energy® powder does not dissolve 100%. We wanted to change this and improve the solubility of HOLY Energy®.

3. many customers found certain flavours too spicy. This was due to the high proportion of piperine - the adjustment means that HOLY Energy® now tastes less pungent. We have made sure that all adjustments have no impact on the great flavour or the positive effect of HOLY Energy®.

We also have another innovation:

HOLY is becoming more international and is gaining more and more squad members in new countries like France. That's why we are now bottling HOLY Energy® internationally, e.g. in the Netherlands. That's why the new HOLY Energy® Tubs are labelled "Made in EU" instead of "Made in Germany". However, we continue to bottle the majority in Germany. 

What else will change?

We are planning further minor adjustments to our products, including HOLY Iced Tea®.

- New ingredient: We have added ashwagandha to HOLY Iced Tea®. This is a perfect addition to our FEEL GOOD promise and helps you to feel relaxed and balanced. The first batch with Ashwagandha is expected to arrive in September 23. 

- 100% caffeine free: We've removed the green tea from our hibiscus tea to make it completely caffeine-free. And you can drink it any time of day!
