How can I collect points?Updated a year ago

You collect your first points when you register with HOLY Rewards. You will then receive points for following us on social media or inviting friends, for example. In addition, for every euro you spend in the shop, we'll give you another 10 points on top.

Please note: You can only collect points if you are logged into your customer account. Points from purchases will be credited to you after your order has been dispatched, i.e. usually within 72 hours. If your points have not been credited one week after your purchase, please contact us directly.

Note: Earning points is only possible on weareholy.com. If you return products, the corresponding points will be deducted again. You cannot add points to purchases you have already made. Collected points cannot be redeemed directly for the purchase of products, but only after they have been credited.
